Dear Brother First Friday Friars,

As we gather in this blessed season of Christmas, my family and I want to extend our warmest greetings to each of you and your loved ones. May your homes be filled with joy, peace, and the love of Christ during this holy time.

This year, I am especially excited to share that on January 3 we will be joined by Michael Gates, the City Attorney of Huntington Beach. Michael is not only an accomplished professional but also a devout Catholic and dedicated family man. His presence promises to inspire and uplift us as we reflect on our shared faith and commitment to our community.

Let us remember the true reason for the season—the birth of our Savior—and carry His light into our families, friendships, and work. May this gathering renew our spirit of brotherhood and strengthen the bonds we share as men of faith.
